I placed a custom order so easily through the website. Ordering is very well outlined and customer service is great. My order was filled quickly and shipped sooner than I had thought. Upon arrival, I am more satisfied with my custom project tags than I was with a previous company. I ordered cork, no sew tags in aqua. My design is prefect and the color is pretty. The no sew attachment is a wonderful and convenient option. There are other colors in cork that I will be returning for. Not to mention the firnedliness of the staff. Having a seller that is easy to talk to is valuable to me when I purchase things and this company has exactly that. I highly recommend The Beam City!!
